Discovering recycling opportunities with Laura Freixas

To deeper dive into biomaterials and the potentials they have in combination with community outreach, Laura Freixas introduced us to Remis El Barrio and the principles of creating a circular economy in the neighborhood. In the following two weeks we dove into exploring gathering resources (oranges) from these local stakeholders (small businesses) to manufacture material samples that could further be feasible to be manufactured as plates and bowls for serving food.
